Welcome to Pebb. By texting Pebb or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Pebb is a personal AI assistant delivered over SMS/MMS. Pebb can help you track goals, manage tasks, and have conversations. Pebb is an AI and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information — use your judgment, especially for important decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Pebb. By using Pebb you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Messaging & rates

Pebb communicates by text message. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and resume by replying START.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pebb to break the law, harass others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. No professional advice

Pebb is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pebb after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
